Emergency Call Out

At BJT NW we are always available. We have an on-call engineer available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We will always be available to talk to you and answer any question you may have.
Our engineers are trained to high level and as we have a very low staff turnover of staff all our staff are familiar with the sites that we maintain, this enables to fix potential call outs over the phone, this is extremely cost effective for our customers and something we pride ourselves on.

We offer a 4-hour emergency response time, no matter the day or time of the day. We have a specialised telephone system so your call will never be missed.
For calls that don’t require a 3-hour response we can offer our customers a 24-hour response, this can save our customers charges for out of hours call outs that are not required.

We are continuing to improve our remote capabilities. We are currently developing wireless repairs where a live feed via a several providers allows our engineers to diagnose and often repair issues without the need for attending site. This has a small fee which is insignificant to reactive costs.
