To keep your HVAC system running in tip-top shape, we recommend a maintenance appointment twice a year (once for heat, once for air conditioning). This way, BJT NW engineer can check your filters, coils, wiring, housing, motor, and more to make sure you’re getting the most out of your system.

Gas appliances should be checked every 12 months. On a gas service we would also carry out a tightness test and an installation inspection to ensure your up to date with current regulations. Regulations are constantly changing, and it can be a difficult to keep up. Let us worry about it and you sit back, and rest assured all is legal and compliant.

We are a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Company, we also provide Gas Inspection and Certifications. We are available for Planned Preventative Maintenance and installations. We provide 24/7 on Call service to all our customers.

We have engineers on call 24/7 so you will always get an answer. If for any reason the engineer misses the call due to bad reception etc. then the call will pass to the next engineer to ensure you’re not missed.
